Absolutely! Our products are designed to be machine washable.
It is recommended to wash them with similar colors and at temperatures below 30°C to maintain their quality.
For added protection, we suggest placing your garment in wash bags before tossing them in the washing machine. This practice ensures the best experience with our products and prolongs their lifespan.
Alternatively, if you prefer handwashing, we recommend following the same guidelines mentioned earlier.

Our priority is to ensure that the color of our leggings does not fade after washing, and that it adds a touch of vibrancy to workout. We also take into consideration the importance of preventing any visibility of underwear colors when worn underneath our leggings. We thoroughly consider these factors before proceeding with the final stages of introducing new colors.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item(s). All items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate the return or exchange process, kindly follow the steps provided below:
Step 1: Send us an email (aimee@activateathletics.com), including your name, order number, and the email address associated with your checkout. We understand the urgency, and while we strive to respond promptly, we kindly request your patience as we process your request.
Step 2: Place the items you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging, ensuring they are unwashed and unaltered.
Step 3: Arrange for the package to be delivered to a certified shipping carrier. Remember to obtain a receipt and tracking code to ensure secure transit.
Step 4: Once you’ve sent your return, please provide us with the tracking number. As soon as we receive it, we will issue your refund or send out your exchange—there’s no need to wait until the package has arrived back with us.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the process, and there is no need for a Step 5.

Once we have received your tracking number, the refund or exchange process will commence immediately.

Yes, all customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your return or exchange. Once you’ve sent your item, simply provide us with the tracking number, and we’ll process your return or send out your exchange item right away—there’s no need to wait until the package is received on our end.
